Description
Extensive scaffolding and carefully planned phasing was key to this project with patients in occupancy. Roof repairs, gutter overhaul and complete restoration of the rendered facade has given this building a new lease of life.
The works involved:
- Full access scaffold
- Stucco repairs Roman cement conservation
- Lime render repairs
- Pinnacle refurbishment
- Overhauling of all windows and joinery
- Roof overhaul
- Rainwater goods overhaul
- Re-decorations
