Description
Newnham College has had a complete external envelope overhaul. This has been mainly carried out during the summer recess periods to avoid any impact on the students.
The works involved:
- The works have included re-pointing, brick replacement, overhauling of all the external joinery including replacement and repair using the Window Care System, all of which are carried out by our own tradesmen.
- In addition to the above, rainwater goods have been overhauled, the roof checked over and overhauled together with lightning protection and high level chimney repairs, and complete external decoration.
